9Barista Heat Transfer Plate

An improved version of the original 9Barista heat exchanger plate (which is no longer produced), and is made from one single piece of aluminium, which makes it more robust and means it will not bow or delaminate. For the same gas setting, it will also heat the 9Barista faster.

The plate is finished in black, but this will change to red and then silver after some use, as shown in the gallery image. This is perfectly normal, and it’s a useful indicator that the plate is providing your machine with enough heat.

The plate will work on domestic gas, electric and ceramic cookers, but not induction. Please use an Induction adaptor plate if you want to use your 9Barista on an induction stove.
