Barú Salty Caramel Chocolate Powder is a delicious drinking powder that combines sweet caramel with sea salt. Mix the powder with hot milk and enjoy!
Tip
The drinking powder requires vigorous mixing with a spoon or a small milk frothing whisk for best result, and the milk must be hot enough, approx. 60-70°C. With the help of a small milk frothing whisk, you get the smoothest and most pleasant fluffy result.
Barú Salty Caramel is instantly prepared with milk or vegan alternatives.

Caramel (45 %) (sugar, glucose syrup, cream (milk), butter (milk)), sugar, cocoa powder (30 %), sea salt (0.2 %). Cocoa at least 30 %.

Karamellipalat laaksossa eivät sula juuri ellei maito ole polttavan kuumaa ja sitten siitä tulee yksi kova klimppi. Karamelli pitäisi mielestäni sulaa helpommin jotta makua kaakaoon tulisi lisää. Muuten ihan hyvä kaakao kuten muutkin maut

Eikä maistunut juurikaan suola eikä karamelli eli vähän pettymys. Toki ihan juotavaa on, mut makua voisi olla enemmän.

Kaakao on aivan täydellinen, ei liian makea vaan juuri sopivasti suklainen pienellä suolaisen karamellin vivahteella. Suosittelen lämpimästi!
