Real Crankenstein
I would say this lever it's a must to grind harder and denser (high altitude origin) light roasted beans. It's default on the Barracuda, but suits the C40 with Red Clix perfectly as well (even the lid wobbling has decreased). Not only did the grinding get easier, but the steady pace and consistency (60-80 rpm) also improved the coffee bed - and all this without the necessity of using a Hario electric Mill add-on (never skip the daily grinding workout!)
