Hario Power Buono Kettle with Temperature Control is any barista's best friend in a form of a practical teapot used to boil water. It is the most advanced Hario Kettle - allowing you to adjust water temperature. Thanks to its precision, it is particularly useful for coffee brewing with alternative methods such as a Dripper, Chemex or Aeropress.
The temperature of water can be adjusted from 50 to 96 degrees Celsius. It is set and displayed on the front panel. The keep warm function keeps water at the set temperature for 15 minutes, if the kettle is not removed from the base.
Additionally, Power Buono Kettle has a safety feature that prevents dry run. Its body is made of stainless steel with plastic elements. Excess cable can be rolled up and stored in the base.

Suitable for pour over coffee
Very satisfied with the kettle. Easy to use and it feels like it's high quality. The lid fits perfectly, and the spout and handle are perfect for brewing pour over coffee.

Having this kettle as opposed to your normal every day kettle has significantly improved my quality of life. The pour of the gooseneck while being able to adjust the temperature to exactly where you want it opens up so many doors on how I brew my coffee and matcha - it is astonishing how just a few degrees of heat can change the same amount of matcha/coffee I've been pouring for years.
Also, this website sells it for considerably cheaper than Hario themselves. I saved £80 just because it has an EU plug instead of a UK plug!
Daily driver
I've been very pleased with this as my daily driver for a month or two now. It's not Hario's fault the capacity for water is so small [or I drink too much coffee and tea each day, so I must fill it up again].

The kettle is beautiful and easy to use. The instructions are clear, though they could also be in Finnish. Initially, I was concerned about the size of the kettle, but it's actually quite a suitable size.

Hario makes good tea and coffee kettles, but this one perhaps only shines in terms of design.
The temperature control interface is clumsy and the kettle is noisy. Otherwise, it works just fine.
Precise temperature control for coffee enthusiasts
I am satisfied with the kettle. I make filter coffee for 1-2 people using the Hario V60 funnel and without this precise temperature control, I've had to guess when the boiled water has cooled to 93-95 degrees. Pouring water is also elegant with the narrow, long spout.
