Very satisfied

Had nothing to compare with, read up and then I decided on this one.
I place it in a pot with hot tap water where it gets warmed up while I boil water for the coffee. This provides the perfect temperature for the end result.
I am so pleased with my choice! I wanted a quality product that has that little extra and makes good coffee, and that's exactly what I've gotten.

bad customer service

I got a defect product. I sent an email with pictures 8th august 2023 to the customer service at Sweden ([email protected]). Now it has been 3 months without any response. Terrible!

Slow

After 10 months of use, it seems I must give up and order the basic version of this. When 300 ml of water is added, the water no longer flows through the grounds but gets stuck in the funnel. Tried countless grind settings and pouring methods. To get the water to flow through the coffee, it requires lifting the filter paper from the edges. Even with this method, it takes 6 minutes to brew 500 ml of coffee.

Total disaster.

You need to grind your coffee almost into sawdust, even coarser than you would grind for American Press, even clear water fail to pass through the dripper.

Nice dripper for coarsely grinded v60 coffee brewing. Slower dripping than conventional hario dripper so it needs some experimenting. Best price in creamashop.eu

Improved V60

High-quality material and looks great. It is particularly suited for the Tetsu Kasuya 4:6 method, which produces excellent coffee. The spiral is indeed slightly different from a normal V60, which allows the coffee to have better contact with water even in the center of the dripper.
