Hario V60 Drip Decanter is for those who love to brew coffee with V60 accessories but also appreciate Chemex.
The decanter has a filter of the Hario V60 dripper type as well as a glass carafe for coffee. The carafe has a stylish and comfortable silicone handle. This set allows for brewing and serving of your coffee with a single vessel. For the convenience of use, all components can be easily disassembled for cleaning. The vessel is made of heat-resistant glass, and the wessel as well as the plastic dripper are dishwasher safe. The decanter is compatible with Hario V60-02 filters, which are included in the set (10 pcs).

If you're starting with pour over and need a cheap, simple, and good carafe and v60, this is probably the best option.

A very fine product for small coffee brewing needs. Clear design, easy to use and clean, sufficiently nice-looking for a somewhat fancier coffee setup.

Nice design, the silicone collar is a bit tight and difficult to put on the decanter. However, it doesn't need to be removed every wash.

I really like our new pour over decanter. The shape, size and quality are all excellent. It isn't awkward to hold, it's comfortable and makes an excellent brew for 2 people. If you need more size up.

Each morning begins with a 4:6 recipe on my phone, some outstanding beans, a wonderful 1zpresso hand grinder, and this brewer. It's wonderful, the perfect start to every day. Simple to use, simple to dispose of the filter, simple to clean. It lets you focus on technique, and not on tools.

This is a good example of when Hario delivers quality. With a simple design that reminds me of, yet in my opinion slightly surpasses a Chemex, this decanter is something everyone who likes pour over should have. Easy to clean (much easier than a Chemex) and still very elegant. The silicone collar is easy to put on and take off, can be washed in the dishwasher, and insulates well.
There's not much negative to say really, but a few things could be better: the silicone collar gets dirty quite easily, dust and other things are very visible on it. Not the biggest issue, but still a bit annoying. The experience of pouring coffee could be improved. For some reason, it seems design-wise challenging to create a decanter that provides a satisfactory pouring experience. This one has a tendency to let the coffee flow in a very wide stream that moves from side to side and splashes a bit.
Pluses and minuses:
+ Nice design.
+ Doesn't have the same issue with vacuum build-up as a Chemex can have.
+ Easy to clean.
+ Feels robust.
- The collar gets dirty easily.
- Pouring experience isn't the best.

In terms of price-quality ratio, this product is absolutely brilliant. It feels high-quality, looks pleasant, and is very easy to clean.
A great opportunity to learn and delve into the world of coffee. It works wonderfully for two people, and there's also the possibility to brew generous cups for three people (although I haven't tried this, there's certainly enough capacity in the decanter).
The coffee grind size should be a little finer than regular filter coffee, but I have managed to make relatively good coffee even with ready-made filter grinds. There are countless recipes available online for brewing coffee with this decanter (or any Hario V60 product), including on YouTube.
