The AeroPress plunger seal is hard to find. And yet I found it here in Finland. It's good and works well.

First of all, 10 points and a gold star for AeroPress for having spare parts for the product. This is the second plunger seal I have bought since I own two AeroPresses. For the older one, I replaced the seal after about 9-10 years, and for the newer one, after about 5 years of use.

It's great to have spare parts for the device. I'm on my second AeroPress now, the first one lasted about 10 years in use and never needed the seal replaced. The seal on the new device became unusable unexpectedly on the morning of the moving day - I guess the brewer was too hasty and the water was too hot. Fortunately, I got a new one from Crema and didn't have to replace the whole device.

The pressure was gone from the AeroPress, but this restored the seal. I compared the rubbers and there was clear wear on the old one, 1-2mm had worn off the edge over years of use.
