Cotton absorbs some of the oils released from coffee beans yet lets acids pass through. The resulting cup is clear crisp, rich and robust with all the acid of paper brewed coffee, without the paper taste.

A very rare and unique product! It's a GAME CHANGER for people who doesn't like the flavour and texture loss caused by paper filtration, the metallic taste of the mesh filers are too harsh for them. Cloth is always in the middle (I wouldn't brew vacuum pot without it); it lets through essential oils, preserves texture, but filters out the micro fines, so it keeps the taste of the coffee clear and balanced.
