The first time I drank this, I said out loud to my family how good this coffee is after a long time. Beans are roasted just right. Not burnt to a bitter taste.

Quite sharp taste and a bit stale. Would be nicer to have a slower more well developed and rounder roast for these beans. Lower/slower with less char and longer time for flavors to develop. Not terrible for the price, but not significantly better than standard offerings.

This roast level matches my taste very well. I've tried it with a moka pot, Aeropress, and the traditional (pour over) method. Among these, the moka pot might not be the best choice. I haven't had the chance to try different grind sizes yet.
I will definitely order more of this.
