The plastic version is the least expensive choice among V60 drippers. Still, it is not any worse from other versions in terms of taste sensations. In addition, its plastic body provide durability and comfort if you want to use Hario V60 when travelling. Its conical form and special grooves on the inside of the dripper provide excellent water flow.
To prepare delicious coffee you need freshly ground coffee of high quality, a filter, your favourite cup or server and scales. Put the filter in the dripper and put it on the vessel that you use for serving coffee. The infusion process takes only 3 - 4 minutes.
Another advantages of this method is extremely easy maintenance. After use, simply remove the filter and wash the dripper in running water or in a dishwasher.

The normal No. 2 Melitta filter paper doesn't fit into the funnel without folding; you need to use Hario's own filter paper. I took the funnel to a flea market and ordered a larger four-cup funnel from Crema. It looks good.

For my this is the best available pour over dripper (I have tested so many...).
The new material that Hario uses is Resin, rated in the manual and package at 90ºC. On the other hand, the brewing temperature is 93ºC up to boiling water, this is a nosense.

A beautiful ceramic V60 dripper met its end when it fell against the sink. As a replacement, I got this lightweight yet sturdy-feeling plastic dripper, with which there is no similar risk of tragedy.

I recommend getting this if you're interested in pour-over coffee preparation. There is plenty of material and user experiences available for learning the V60 technique. Plastic is generally considered a good, if not the best, material for filter cones, so the product's price-quality ratio is excellent. Additionally, it's easy to maintain and stylish.

Excellent dripper for pour-over coffee. I recommend the plastic version over the ceramic one. The advantages of the plastic are the lower price and better durability against bumps.

Cheap and good from a heat perspective. Obviously not the most stylish, but you get what you pay for. It's good if you are making 400-500 ml of coffee, but if you want to make more or less, 03 or 01 are recommended respectively.

Absolutely the best purchase in a long time. I bought it for a place where coffee is brewed only one cup at a time, and for that, this is a perfect buy. Compared to ceramic, it is lighter, more durable, cheaper, and above all requires less preheating due to the lower mass and heat capacity of plastic.

The plastic cone is both the cheapest AND the best (among V60 variants). Minimizes temperature loss during brewing, clearly better than for example porcelain or metal.

What can one say about this? Good and cheap, even though they supposedly don't exist, but a Japanese engineer has somehow managed to make one. Remember to buy the right size filters! It pairs excellently with the Hario size 02 serving pot.

I bought the Hario V60 package (dripper + server) less than a year ago. I have been extremely satisfied with the product; the price-quality ratio of the combo is really spot on.
Some time ago, while washing the dripper, it snapped off at the base. I informed Crema about it, and the same day a new dripper was sent to me. This is what I call customer service!
