Johan & Nyström Strawberry Fields 250 g Coffee Beans
- The origin changes according to different harvest seasons but the deep berry flavours always remain.
Johan & Nyström Flavours - Strawberry Fields
A natural coffee with flavours of red berries, watermelon and plum.
How do you find a name that can accurately describe this burst of flavours? Strawberry Fields! Besides red berries, you’ll find hints of juicy, sweet watermelon and sun-ripened, tasty plums.
This coffee is naturally processed, adding to its sweet taste and making it the perfect cup for those who enjoy, not surprisingly, a cup with berry and juicy flavours.
Roast profile - When roasting Strawberry Fields, it’s important to find a balance in the flavour profile. The sweetness from the natural process needs the acidity to be just right. Of course, in order to keep the generous cup profile you have to be careful not to roast too aggressively.
Johan & Nyström Flavours Coffee Range
The Flavours coffee range truly elevates the natural flavors of each coffee. Most of the coffees are single origin, but as the contents of the product change with harvest seasons, occasionally a blend might better suit the flavor profile.
Flavours is perfect for those seeking an exceptional cup where the coffee’s unique taste and character truly gets to shine!

Johan & Nyström Strawberry Fields 250 g Coffee Beans
Great coffee.
V.A.Quality product
Compared to previous light roast small farm coffees, this was a bit of a minor disappointment, even though there's nothing wrong with the product: the flavor is as it should be, but perhaps my taste has become more demanding over time? The redesign of the bag itself is indeed a negative: the paper bag felt pleasantly rough compared to this extremely smooth plastic one, from which the bag clip has slipped off a few times, even though it was supposedly attached. A large amount of coffee beans fell out of the bag because of this last time. By the way, why doesn't the product have organic certification, even though the farmer is the same as the one for the organically certified Sweet Serenity Ethiopian farmer?
T.V.Johan & Nyström Strawberry Fields 250 g Coffee Beans
It seems Johan & Nyström has replaced the former naturally processed Guji coffee with this one. The goal might be to use different origins for different seasons.
Well, according to the package, this coffee is from Ethiopia and the flavor profile meets expectations. Still, it's worth being cautious - when the origin changes, the taste naturally changes.
