E.N."Pelican pot" for serving.
Old style coffee pots are to be discarded, and for once in my life, I have a pot where the spout works. They even come in red, white, and blue if you're collecting them. The 1.5l is quite heavy, and I use a pot holder to help. Best flow control on the market. Worth serving to anyone from a bishop to a president. It has been brewing good coffee in a pot for a long time (like adults should, not with toys), brewed and served in a serving pot cup. A good filter hasn't been found ever since Melitta stopped making their aluminum filter decades ago. I've got a couple stashed from flea markets for everyday use.
