The Kinu M47 Phoenix manual coffee grinder is equipped with Black Fusion treated and hardened conical burrs of 47 / 32 mm and each, with 4 ball bearings. It is a high-quality and sturdy coffee grinder, allowing you to achieve very uniform grinding results for all preparation methods with little effort.
The Kinu M47 Phoenix coffee grinder has a stepless adjustment with a fine thread (M10 x 0.5) and 50 subdivisions. For each division, you adjust the grinding distance by 0.01 mm.

This is an excellent grinder I would definitely buy again. Communication with Kinu is not easy. They did not answer my first email. They did reply to my second email but their factory burned down so maybe that was the reason for a bad response but the grinder is excellent thanks again Crema.

Kevyt pyörittää, helppo säätää, jauhaa nopeasti. Tekee tarpeeksi hienoa espressokoneen tukkimiseen ja suodatinkarkeuskin onnistuu oikein hyvin. En ole havainnut makuun vaikuttavia jauhamispölymääriä karkeammallakaan asetuksella.
Jauhetun kahvin tyhjennys 49mm koriin sujuu ilman suppiloa, täydellinen pari esimerkiksi Pavonille ja Aeropressille.
Jos pari muovista osaa ei haittaa niin en näe syytä Kinun kalliimpien mallien hankkimiseen.

Hyvä ja hiljainen mylly. Helppo säätää ja etsiä oikea jauhatus aste. Viides tähti olisi tullut muuten, mutta en löytänyt minkäänlaisia käyttöohjeita. Youtube pelasti.

Nopea toimitus. Mylly toimii. Tulee tosin pannukahville hieman liian hienoa jauhetta, vaikka on karkein valittu. Jauhaminen vaatii jonkin verran voimaa, mutta onnistuu. Jauhetun kahvin astia saisi olla isompi. Muuten laadukkaan oloinen tuote näin parin viikon käyttökokemuksella.
JkjussiErinomainen kahvimylly
Mylly jauhaa äärimmäisen tasaista jälkeä espresso-aeropress-suodatin -asetuksilla. Pressojauhatuskin toimii. Säätäminen on helppoa ja varmasti tarkempaa kuin kukaan tarvitsee. Jauhaminen on todella paljon nopeampaa kuin Hario Skertonilla. En meinannut uskoa todeksi, kuinka jauhaminen onnistui puolella veivaamisella. Mylly on myös Hario Skertonia hiljaisempi ja sillä on kevyempi jauhaa.
Yhden tähden otan pois käytännön ongelmasta: kun kahvisäiliön irrottaa jauhamisen jälkeen, myllykivessä on staattisen sähkön takia paljon jauhettua kahvia. Jos myllyä heiluttaa, kahvijauhot päätyvät työtasolle. Pieni miinus, mutta tällä hinnalla pienikin haitta on huomioitava. Toinen huono puoli on säiliön pieni koko jauhettaessa useammalle. Mylly on tosin niin nopea, että prosessissa ei kestä kauaa, vaikka säiliön välillä tyhjentääkin.
