The Kinu M47 Simplicity manual coffee grinder is equipped with Black Fusion treated and hardened conical burrs of 47 / 32 mm and each, with 4 ball bearings. It is a high-quality and sturdy coffee grinder, allowing you to achieve very uniform grinding results for all preparation methods with little effort.
The Kinu M47 Simplicity coffee grinder has a stepless adjustment with a fine thread (M10 x 0.5) and 50 subdivisions. For each division, you adjust the grinding distance by 0.01 mm.

This manual grinder is very sturdy and smooth to use with lighter roasts as well. Adding a little brush in the carrying case would improve it further.

This is a fantastic grinder. As my first hand grinder I must say that grinding can be quite a physical experience - but wouldn't blame the M47, which I think did a good job at making the experience as smooth as possible! The only con is he plastic container at the bottom which feels slightly precarious at times.

Jauhaa helposti ja vaivattomasti. Omaan pieneen käteen tuo peukalon stoppari toimii hyvin, mylly ei luista kädessä. Muovisen keräyskupin staattisuus/sisäreunan pieni porras häiritsee jnkv kaataessa puruja pois kerääjästä.

Bra malupplevelse och fint resultat. Lite skräpigare än jag hade förväntat mig, dock, dvs rester av malt kaffe som sitter kvar uppe vid verket.

Definitivt en välgjord produkt. Men den är ju även relativt dyr.
Jag har inte mycket att jämföra med utöver billiga elektroniska kvarnar, den här är mer konsekvent och kan även mala finare än dem.
Dock så har självklart elektroniska kvarnar fördelen att det är enkelt att mala mycket, en handkvarn får man förvänta sig användas till 1-2 koppar åt gången max.
När jag maler 16g vilket jag tycker är lagom för en kopp så tar det mig någonstans mellan 30 sekunder och 1 minut att mala på en malgrad av 10-20 klick (https://honestcoffeeguide.com/guides/coffee-grind-size-chart/ för referens av malgrad).
Designen gör det väldigt simpelt att både fylla på bönor och få ut kaffe samt att ändra inställningar medan vikten och kvarnen gör malandet enkelt.
Med det sagt så kan vikten (~1kg) vara ett problem för den som vill använda den vid utflykter.
Jag tror definitivt att det här är ett köp för livet för den som är intresserad.
Utmärkt kvalitet
Mycket bra kvarn till espresso. Hög precision på justeringen. Mkt bra kvalitetskänsla. Kräver dock ett fast handgrepp vid malning, så den passar ej är den med svaga nypor.
