Works well as a milk coffee. Straight espresso might be a bit light. It's a bit strange in a way, but milk really brings out the flavors and smoothness of the coffee.

Fruity floral aroma
This coffee is advertised as having a fruity floral aroma. It holds true. The beans have a pleasant scent, which becomes wonderfully perceptible after grinding. It performs well in the Flair 58 lever espresso machine, which I think is a perfect choice for coffee enthusiasts. Time after time, the pressures, grams, and extraction times remain spot on. Everything turns out just the way I want!

This is the most pleasant and nuanced coffee I have tried. In fact, it has become my regular coffee. The can advertises the beans as floral and fruity. That's exactly what they are, not exaggerated at all.
On the other hand, it doesn't really matter to me what beans I use, because I pour a deciliter of whipped cream into my ristretto, which inevitably covers some of the coffee's taste.
Perhaps the best testament to Blucaffé's uniqueness is when my guests, who are not even used to drinking coffee, exclaim with their eyes brightening: "This is really good coffee!"

Works really well as an espresso. I tried it as filter coffee just for the sake of trying, but in that form, Bluecaffe doesn't really shine or stand out (at this price per kilogram, it should stand out). I particularly recommend it for situations where the espresso machine cannot produce water as hot as lighter roasts require, where this coffee excels. I would describe it as a perhaps better traditional espresso!

Good coffee both as espresso and filter coffee. By adjusting the grind size, you can find the right filter grind, usually one "notch" finer :) I never use the same coffee type for more than 250g before switching to another; this way I keep my taste buds alert and can find even the smallest flavor nuances from different beans.

I'm still somewhat undecided whether I like it or not. Initially, the taste felt off-putting and bitter. Now, I've likely found the right grind size, and the taste has improved. Overpriced coffee, at least for now. I'll continue experimenting as my opinion might change.
