A bit too mild

I bought the rum syrup knowing that there would be non-alcoholic pina coladas at the pop-up bar. It's important to note that the syrup contains up to a hundred times more sugar compared to rum, so the amount of other sugar in the recipes must be reduced accordingly. I ended up using about 1 cl of syrup per drink, which was enough to achieve a sufficient aroma.
The bottle has Monin's handy screw spout, so there's no need for a separate pouring spout.
Good syrup for coffee and other drinks
I have made non-alcoholic rum toddy, which was good. It also suits other non-alcoholic drinks such as Mojito and Pina Colada. It's good in coffee.

Literally, the syrup tastes like rum without the taste and burn of alcohol. I don't particularly like it based on the first impression.

The rum syrup is quite good, although it could taste even more like rum. But of course, part of the rum flavor comes from the alcohol, which this product does not contain.
