Motta Milk Thermometer
A milk thermometer from Motta used for measuring the temperature while frothing milk. Use the measuring scale to keep control over the frothing temperature and aim for the green marked optimal area (about 65°C).
The thermometer comes with a clip that can be attached to the pitcher. The thermometer is about 14 cm long.

Very responsive and works great. Although the clip is adjustable, keep in mind the depth of your milk pitcher when purchasing. We have a 350 mL pitcher, and it's a bit shallow for this thermometer. Even when clipped, we need to hold it steady with our thumb. Not a big deal, but just something to keep in mind!
