Update availability information!
I ordered my selection of espresso pods for the second time. And for the second time, contrary to the information on the site at the time of order, not all items in the selection were available for delivery. You sent a question about whether you can substitute the missing products, which in itself was good customer service. However, this delayed the delivery of the products by at least a day. It would be better if the availability information on the site was accurate. If this is impossible, it would be good to ask at the time of ordering what product to replace the potentially missing item with. Emails from the company are easily sorted into spam automatically, and checking the spam folder on a phone is time-consuming and not done often.
The products themselves were of the same top quality as the last time. You can really taste the difference between brands, and it's lovely to try many different flavors. Definitely keep your selection in stock!
