The easy-to-read dial on the Rhinowares milk thermometer allows for quick and accurate measure of textured milk and other beverages. The thermometer is 13 cm long. Temperature is shown within the range of -18 to 104 degrees Celsius, and it has a marked range for recommended milk temperature. The thermometer is also equipped with a stainless steel clip with adjustable height, allowing the thermometer to sit perfectly in a milk pitcher.
Do not leave in hot oven or microwave.

Too slow to be useful
I’ve found this too slow to read the temperature to be useful. I’ll steam 10 oz of milk for a latte and my instant read thermometer will show 20 degrees F hotter. I pull the milk off, then about 4-5 seconds later it displays the real temp. Useless.

Mittarin syvyyttä kupissa eli mittarin asentoa pidikkeessä pystyy säätämään! Tämä ei selvinnyt lukuisista kyselyistä huolimatta ennen kuin pääsin itse kokeilemaan. Mittari siis toimii hyvin ja istuu maitokuppiin paremmin kuin uskalsin odottaa.

Käytin tätä harjoitteluvälineenä muutaman kerran oikean kädentuntuman löytämiseen. Kun käsituntuma on opittu, niin tätä ei enään tarvita. Loistava väline harjoitteluun.
CongiSimppeli mittari
Simppeli mittari, mutta ensin kävi vanhan kattilan kanssa hieman pituus ongelmia. Uusi pieni maidoblämmityskattila ja ok. Hivenen kylmiltään opettelemista kun ensin ei meinannut lämmöt nousta ja sitten pomppasikin muutamassa sekunnissa. Aloittelijan ongelmia oletan.
