A specialist burner by Rekrow used for heating up water when brewing coffee in a syphon. You can adjust the effect of the flame in order to control the brewing of the coffee in a syphon. The burner can contain 30 - 35 g of fuel, which is enough for 35 - 60 minutes of work depending on the size of a flame. The burner is filled with butane or a standard lighter fuel.
Please note that the burner has a high effect, so lower the effect to minimum when the water has entered the upper chamber. Also it is recommended to place the syphon at a slight angle while cooking the water.

Almost the only burner on the market which is perfectly suitable for all types of vacuum pots ("siphons' ') like Hario TCA and Kaffia. Solid structure, excellent flame adjustability and heat consistency. It can be easily refilled. Works perfectly for controlled brewing with moka pots as well.
