Baratza 270Wi revolutionerer kaffekværner både hjemme og i mindre cafées! Vejningsteknologien fra Acaia® gør det muligt at indstille en præcis kaffedosis, der kan males direkte i portafilteret. Derudover er kaffekværnens vægt udstyret med et Bluetooth-baseret system, der hjælper med at overvåge, følge op og overvåge malede portioner. Kværn
40 mm konisk stålkværn, maler 3,5-5,5 gram kaffe (afhængig af maleindstilling) per sekund. Rengøring af kværnen er meget let, da kværnen er let at både frigøre og installere.
Indstilling af maleudstyr
Sette 270Wi tilbyder 30 trin med makrojustering og en trinløs mikrojustering baseret på 9 indikatorer for endnu større kontrol. I bund og grund vælger vi malegrad med makroskiftet og justerer derefter mikroindstillingen for at justere malningen så præcist som muligt.
Design og funktion
Maskinen er udstyret med et kontrolpanel, der indeholder 3 knapper og en LCD-skærm. Det er let at programmere doseringen til den nærmeste 0,1 g. Efter valg af dosis skal man bare trykke på START-knappen, og kværnen begynder automatisk at male den ønskede mængde kaffe.
Den fornyede 270Wi-model har den nyeste teknologi fra Acaia, der styrer dosering. Automationen er selvlærende, og hvis dosis bliver noget mikrogrammindre, fx efter bønneskift eller ændring af malegrad, justerer kværnen automatisk dosis til den næste malegang. Vægten kan også afvise små stød og vibrationer, der kan påvirke målingen. 270Wi har også en burst mode, hvor man kan male kaffe i impulser på 0,1 sekunder for at fylde på seneste shot.

Baratza Sette 270Wi kaffekværn
För tidigt att kunna svara riktigt bra. Tar nog lite mer tid att komma tillrätta med fininställningarna av malningsgraden, men hittills verkar den mala bra. Mer högljudd än jag trodde, och då hade jag ändå läst att den var högljudd… Sedan yr kaffet runt en del, dvs det hamnar inte så där superfint rakt ner i filtret som jag hade hoppats.
Exakt både när det gäller vikt och kornstorlek
Mycket snabb och under omständigheterna tyst kvarn som ger jämnstora korn. Wi modellen klarar även av att exakt väga in dosen och anpassar sig snabbt till nya bönsorter, härligt om man vill experimentera med andra inställningar och hålla dosen konstant. Rekommenderas varmt.

Very fast and consistent grinder. The price is good for what the machine is capable.
The only bad thing is the noise while grinding, although the machine being fast, it's only for about a few seconds.
I would highly recommend this product.

Grinders come come well packaged but some of them have an indented box but I understand its from the shipping which is fine. Overall shopping here is a 5 star experience!

+ The macro adjustment has 31 degrees, while the micro adjustment has 9 step less degrees.
+ The scale is not so accurate, but it will reduce the required time to make a shot.
- The sound of it is louder than most grinders.
- Most of it is made from plastic, so you might feel it's kind of cheap.
** If you want to use it as an espresso grinder, you should put the little ring they offer, it will give you finer grinds.

Great machine and good price
Great grinder to make the coffee experience simpler
Being a bit of a perfectionist, I always weighed but was annoyed with that step in the process. With the 270wi, I never have to weigh my dose again. I still weigh the occasional yield but this grinder is nice and consistent so I don't really need to worry. Grind is also nice and fluffy.
AlanPerfect espresso coffee at the push of a button
I wanted a grinder that not only would allow me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, but would also remove the need of having a separate scale. The Sette 270Wi ticks those boxes successfully.
If I had a complaint, it would be that the experience is a bit messy if you grind dark roasts and you want to fill the portafilter in one go. However, the workaround is trivial: divide your quantity in two equal parts and compress a bit the coffee after half of it is already in the portafilter.
